We have an oceanfront property on Topsail Island. We had a small area of water damaged carpet from wind-driven rain as well as a hole in the carpet in another room left by a four-legged guest. We called Finesse and Steve went right out to the house to assess the damage. He assured us that Finesse could patch the hole and restore the water damaged carpet by the door and gave us a reasonable estimate. He and the team arrived on time and took care of everything in no time. We couldn't tell where the hole had been and all the carpet looked good as new.
